Return and Delivery

Providing a high level customer journey and making you feel unique remains our top priority at all times. Due to the meticulous preparation of Gaios products in our own office and in accordance with our hygiene policy, except for defective product delivery, we cannot accept returns after the order has been placed. However, we are happy to assist you in any exchanges or alterations that may be necessary.

Please note that there is no right of return for products prepared on special order upon personal request.


Exchange and Alteration Policy

If any changes or alterations need to be made to your product, please contact us at Simply send us an email with the details, and the Gaios customer service team will send you an email with instructions for exchange and alteration. Please do not send any orders without contacting Gaios, as this may delay the process.

Please contact us for exchange or alteration requests within the first 14 days. Requests made after this period will not be considered. After evaluation by the Gaios team, you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

When sending your products to us, please ensure that you securely retain the original packaging and labels.

Please note that unless the reason for exchange is due to a defective product sent by Gaios, all shipping costs, as well as any overseas customs and other duties, are the responsibility of the sender. 

Products ordered from Gaios' online store can also be exchanged at our store in Istanbul, but cannot be returned.
